My ultimate goal is that we empower each other to become the very best, most desired, versions of ourselves. By fully coming into awareness of who you are, and discovering your life’s purpose, you will find ways to manifest and create the incredible life you have always desired. Each woman’s journey is beautiful and unique. We are all just trying to navigate this crazy thing called life. My hope s that I am able to pass on the tools that I have gained through my own healing journey, in hopes that one day you too can have true FREEDOM within yourself.

I am a certified birth and postpartum Doula, a certified lactation counselor, herbalist, pranayama breathwork coach, plant medicine practitioner, and energy healer.

At KW we offer a wide variety of services for EVERY woman. Whether you are just beginning your journey into womanhood, expecting a precious little one, an empty nester looking to create new habits during your golden years, or anyone in between, we have services and opportunities for each and every one of you.

Birth Doula

Your doula care includes prenatal appointments and available via phone, email, or text 24 hours a day. On-call 2 weeks prior and 2 weeks post due date. A doula will be with you throughout active labor, birth, and 2 hours following delivery. The package includes 1-2 postpartum visits. The total cost is only $750.

Postpartum Doula Care

Postpartum care services include the integration of the newborn into your home, self-care, nutrition counseling, sleep aid, postpartum mood disorders support, maternal recovery, breastfeeding support and counseling, and household help. Our fee is only $27/hour.

As a mother, wife, sister and friend, I know that challenges women face on a daily basis. I am passionate about all things women’s health, and have dedicated my life and my career to guiding women to become the very best, highest vibrating versions of themselves. My goal is to live my very best life, making those sacred connections with other’s along the way.

I love a good belly laugh, a rainy day snuggled up with a good book, a great cup of coffee, and dinners out with friends. My passion is connecting with like-minded women and discussing all things babies, health, wellness, metaphysics, and the Universe that connects us all.
