Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
- A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the retreat.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat may receive a refund of the remaining balance, minus the deposit.
- Within 30 days of the retreat, payments are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future retreat or another participant with approval.
- If we need to cancel or reschedule the retreat, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
