Is travel included?
No, travel to Valaterra in LaGrange, KY is not included. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation. Carpooling options may be shared with participants.
Who is this retreat for?
Mothers, daughters, and women age 18+ seeking connection, rest, and renewal. Many women attend solo and leave with deep connections. You’re also welcome to bring a friend.
How many people will attend?
The retreat is intimate, with space for up to 15 women.
What are the accommodations like?
Bedrooms and shared spaces are cozy and welcoming, with 3 full and 2 half bathrooms available. Some rooms are shared to encourage connection.
Are meals included?
Yes. All meals are included and thoughtfully prepared to support the retreat themes. Dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice.
Will we be outside?
Yes! Weather permitting, some ceremonies and activities will take place outdoors. Dress comfortably and bring layers.
Do I need experience with yoga, meditation, or ritual?
Not at all. Everything is designed for all levels—beginners are welcome.
Do I have to participate in everything?
No. You’re free to take part as much or as little as you’d like. This retreat is about honoring your own pace.
